Verranode ("we", "us", "our") is a GPU brokerage marketplace operated from Spain. We connect GPU hosts with buyers seeking compute power.

• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers
• Usage data: rentals, orders, GPU listings, connection details

• Order data: retained for 7 years (Spanish tax law requirement)
• Technical logs: retained for 30 days

Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
