Terms of Service

Verranode is a GPU brokerage marketplace operated from Spain. These Terms govern your use of verranode.com and all related services.

By using Verranode, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

Verranode provides a marketplace where:

• Hosts list their GPU hardware for rent
• Buyers rent GPU compute power by the hour
• Connections are made securely via Tailscale private networking
• Payments are processed via Stripe

You must be at least 18 years old to use Verranode. By using our service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Rental terms

• Rentals are charged by the hour at the listed price
• Payment is processed immediately via Stripe at checkout
• Access to rented GPU begins immediately after successful payment
• Access automatically expires at the end of the rental period
• Connection credentials are cleared after rental expiry

Refund policy

• Rentals are non-refundable once access has been granted
• If a GPU fails to connect within 30 minutes of rental start, contact support@verranode.com for a full refund
• Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for documented service failures

Acceptable use

• You may not use rented GPUs for illegal activities
• You may not use rented GPUs for mining cryptocurrency
• You may not attempt to access other systems on the host network
• You may not resell GPU access to third parties

Listing terms

• You must own or have legal right to rent the GPU hardware you list
• You are responsible for keeping your GPU server online and accessible
• You must install Tailscale on your GPU server as instructed
• You must maintain at least 95% uptime for listed GPUs

Earnings

• Hosts receive 90% of each rental fee
• Verranode retains 10% as a platform fee
• Payouts are made monthly via bank transfer or other agreed method
• Minimum payout threshold: €10

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the security of your server
• You must not interfere with buyer's legitimate use of the GPU
• You are responsible for any tax obligations on your earnings

Users must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our platform
• Create fake accounts or listings
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Use the service for illegal content generation

• All payments are processed by Stripe
• Verranode charges a 10% platform fee on all rentals
• Prices are displayed in USD
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SPANISH AND EU LAW:

• Verranode is a marketplace intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, availability, or legality of GPU services provided by hosts
• Verranode's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

All Verranode branding, design, and software is owned by Verranode. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay amounts owed
• Abuse other users or our support team

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@verranode.com.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. EU consumers retain their rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms. We will notify users by email 30 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
